How do you capture rates from calculators?
We define a grid of origins, destinations and parcel profiles with you, then run each quote as a structured request. The results are stored with the exact inputs used, so every rate is reproducible.
Do you cover container and air freight?
We capture publicly published index values, schedules and tariffs where available. Rates behind customer logins are out of scope unless you provide access to your own account.
Can you track schedule reliability?
Yes. By capturing schedules repeatedly we record changes, delays and cancellations against the original published plan. That gives a practical view of reliability by carrier and route.
How are surcharges handled?
Surcharges are captured as separate fields with their effective dates, then added to a normalised total. You can analyse base rates and all-in rates side by side.
