Every competitor promotion, recorded with its mechanics.
Promotions are harder to track than prices because the mechanic matters as much as the number. We capture discount depth, offer type, conditions and duration, so you can see how competitors use promotions across a season.
Four steps from sources to signal.
Map promotional surfaces
We identify where offers appear for each competitor: product pages, deal hubs, banners, app-only sections and coupon areas. Seasonal event pages such as Ramadan, Black Friday or 11.11 are added to the calendar.
Capture offers and conditions
Collectors record the offer text, the price before and after, minimum spend, limits and eligibility, alongside screenshots where evidence is useful.
Classify the mechanic
Each promotion is normalised into a standard taxonomy, such as percentage off, fixed amount, multibuy, gift with purchase, bundle or coupon, so offers compare across retailers.
Track the lifecycle
We log first seen and last seen dates for each promotion, giving duration, frequency and overlap with your own campaigns.

Can you capture app-only and member-only offers?
Yes, where the offers are publicly visible to a standard user. We collect from mobile apps and logged-out web views, and record the eligibility condition so these offers are not confused with general promotions.
How do you calculate discount depth for multibuy offers?
We convert each mechanic to an effective per-unit saving. For example, buy two get one free is recorded as a 33% effective discount, with the original mechanic kept alongside for context.
Do you keep evidence of each promotion?
We can store a screenshot or page snapshot for every captured offer. This is useful for internal reviews and for conversations with retail partners about promotional parity.
